    Micro and Small Enterprises Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP) is a cluster and infrastructure support initiative designed for eligible beneficiaries and enterprises.     FAQ

    Q1. What is the objective of MSE-CDP?

    It supports the sustainability and growth of MSE clusters by addressing common constraints in technology, skills, quality, market access and infrastructure.

    Q2. Who can apply?

    Groups of MSEs in an identifiable cluster and State Government or State Government agencies may apply, subject to the applicable component and guidelines.

    Q3. What facilities may be supported?

    Common Facility Centres may include testing, training, raw-material depots, effluent treatment and complementary production facilities. Infrastructure Development may cover new or existing industrial areas or clusters.

    Q4. How is an application submitted?

    Register and submit the application through https://cluster.dcmsme.gov.in/. The State Government forwards the finalised proposal to the concerned MSME Development and Facilitation Office for verification and recommendation.

    Q5. Is beneficiary contribution required?

    Yes. Government assistance is limited to the percentage and ceiling prescribed for the component, location and beneficiary category. The balance and other eligible costs must be arranged as specified in the guidelines.

    Beneficiary:

    • Associations, SPVs, State agencies and groups of MSEs in identifiable clusters, subject to diagnostic study, land, contribution and governance conditions.

    1. Submit cluster proposal through the State Government/implementing agency and the MSE-CDP portal as per current guidelines.
